Eagles Blood Scores 90 in Wine Advocate

“The 2006 Eagle’s blood Shiraz was aged in French and American oak, 40% new. A glass-coating purple color, it exhibits a first class nose of wood smoke, mineral, earth notes, and blueberry. firm on the palate with excellent depth and grip, it reveals spicy, savory blue and black fruit flavours, good integration of oak, tannin, and acidity, and excellent length. Drink it from 2012 to 2021.” – Jay Millar, Wine Advocate, Feb 2009, Page 181
